Shipping & Delivery

Custom Made Products: 

We always try to order your fabric (if not already in stock) on the day that your order is received and then make up your lampshade in the 1-2 days following its arrival at our workshop. Depending on the efficiency of the company that delivers your fabric, We aim for your lampshade to reach you within 12-14 days of us receiving your order, however this will vary according to circumstances.

Ready-Made Products: 

You should receive your lampshade within 5-7 days of placing your order. 

All of the delivery times provided are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service providers that we use.

If your order has not been received as soon as you had hoped, please allow 10 working days before contacting us. This will allow any delays caused by the delivery company to be accounted for.

UK (including Channel Islands)

All orders are subject to delivery charges and will be automatically updated at check out when you place you order.

Europe & Rest of the World

At the moment we only offer UK delivery on-line. If you are overseas and would like to purchase one of our lampshades, please contact us and we will be happy to obtain a quote for you.

Returns Policy

I am delighted to say that it is very rare that a lampshade or cushion is returned to us. If however you are unhappy in any way with your product, please contact us immediately.

If an item is then to be returned, it will need to be sent within 14 days, unused and in the original packing.

We will only refund your postage costs if there was a fault with the lampshade or product.

Should you wish to return your product for an exchange, you will be charged again for the postage costs to send your alternative item.

We recommend that you use an insured method of posting when returning an item to us, to protect against loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit.

Please note that refunds cannot be given for custom-made products although we would be happy to offer you a credit note or exchange.
